ngoXchange serves as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of registered companies, NGOs (Section 8, Trust, Society), and providing related consultancy services. We act as an intermediary platform and do not own the entities listed unless explicitly stated.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and authentic information during registration.
• Sellers must have the legal right to transfer the entity listed.
• Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before transfer.
• You agree not to use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.

4. Limitation of Liability

ngoXchange shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party listings.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
