Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Listing Fees

Fees paid for listing a company or NGO on the "Premium" or "Verified" tier are non-refundable once the listing has been published on the platform. If a listing is rejected during the verification process, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

2. Transaction/Consultancy Fees

For services involving company transfer, registration, or compliance:

• Advance Payments: Any token money or advance paid to block a deal is non-refundable if the buyer backs out without a valid legal reason.
• Service Failure: If ngoXchange fails to deliver the promised service (e.g., failure to transfer ownership due to internal errors), a 100% refund will be issued.
• Government Rejections: Fees paid for government challans or stamp duties are subject to government refund rules and are generally non-refundable.

3. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute regarding a payment, please email billing@ngoxchange.com with your transaction ID. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata courts.
